✓ Farmhouse on 2.5 acres that is only available for full or independent rental Sunahari Bagh villa has two units: the main villa, which has three bedrooms with attached bathrooms and balconies (one on the ground floor, two on the upper level), as well as a living room, kitchen, and dining area.
✓ The second unit, which is located across from the main villa and has two bedrooms with attached bathrooms.
✓ The farm villa can accommodate 20 people in total (9 bedrooms and 1 living room with additional beds).
✓ For up to 9 guests, the villa can be reserved for the same low price. Extra person fees start to apply after 9 people.
✓ Only 15 guests are allowed to sleep at most (including children).
✓ The living room of the villa is opulently designed and furnished with formal and informal seating for up to 16 guests as well as a 7-seat dining table.
You can reserve our farm villa for private events like birthday parties, family gatherings, pre and post-wedding ceremonies, corporate functions, etc. 200 guests can comfortably stay at our property. Only open places are permitted for parties.
In addition to the property booking fee for overnight visitors, a flat rental fee of INR 75000 per day is imposed for private parties and social gatherings (non-wedding related) with a maximum of 50 guests. This fee is for the renting of the property and for any required licenses. On request, we will give a tailored estimate for larger parties (up to 200 guests) and wedding/pre-wedding celebrations.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property, although visitors are allowed to smoke outside. All visitors must check in with a valid ID. A grocery shop and salons are close by the farm. Using food delivery services like Zomato and Swiggy, customers may order from a variety of restaurants. Also, it is simple to call a cab from the premises using services like Uber and Ola.
